What is Kraken?

Kraken is a US based cryptocurrency exchange, founded in 2011.

The exchange is known to be the first for providing crypto price information to Bloomberg Terminal, a computer software system by the financial data vendor Bloomberg L.P.. It is also the first crypto exchange to provide BitCoin leveraging as a service, and therefore trusted by millions of users worldwide.
