By CCN Markets: Popular streamer Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has finally given up on Fortnite, or at least, temporarily.

Yesterday, as a match of Fortnite came to an abrupt end due to a mech causing its now all-too-familiar flavor of game-breaking havoc, Ninja finally reached the end of his tether and opted to load up Minecraft instead. Source: Fortnite/Epic Games Ninja Has Had Enough

Breaking the news to his Fortnite squad mates after suffering a premature death at the hands of a mech, he said; I"m going to play Minecraft. I"m not even kidding. I"m just going to jump in and do it. I want to play more [Fortnite], but I 100% can"t handle it. I"m leaving, no joke. I just can"t handle the mech.

Visibly frustrated and straining to reign it in, Ninja then directed his attention to his viewers, repeatedly saying; I"ve had enough. I"ve had enough.

Ninja then proceeded to play Minecraft for the remainder of the stream, going so far as to name a newly created world ""I hate Mechs"" to really hammer home his point.

Whether Ninja"s sudden decision to switch his attention to Minecraft represents a momentary blip to soothe his irritation at Epic Games" lack of action to tackle the vastly overpowered mechs, or a permanent move away from the battle royale, remains up in the air. Today"s stream should clarify matters. Fortnite"s Waning Fortunes

Fortnite pushing its highest-profile streamer and unofficial figurehead, Ninja, to the point of quitting the game doesn"t bode well especially as appetite for the battle royale game is currently overshadowed by much of the gaming world"s focus on the massive appeal of World of Warcraft Classic.

Repeated backlash from the community over the mechs and the recent turbo build nerf controversy, have helped exacerbate player dissatisfaction with the current state of the game.

Perceptions of Epic Games" flagship shooter are slowly shifting, and it"s becoming increasingly apparent that Fortnite"s days at the top of the food chain are numbered if the current climate persists or worsens. Epic Games Fortnite minecraft Ninja
